Pada 22 Januari 2008 di sebuah kawasan band yang didirikan pinggiran Bogor (Bojonggede), dengan formasi Angga-Vocals, Indra- Guitars/Backing vocals, Gugun-Bass dan Risky-Drums. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu maka seperti lazimnya band-band lainnya Noctisted telah mengalami beberapa kali pergantian personil.
